And, talking turkey... In 1883, The Windsor Hotel in Minneapolis held a Thanksgiving Dinner which featured such delights as "Saddle of Antelope, Young Black Bear Marechale and Squirrel Pot Pie". Perhaps 'The Boss' should start demanding a few of these on his riders:
